RULES TO BE OBSERVED FOR DORMITORY ACCOMMODATION
PLEASE COMPLY WITH THE RULES LISTED BELOW.
• Guests are required to present identification documents for themselves and their accompanying parties.
• Guests must stay in the rooms allocated to them; room changes and the rearrangement of room furnishings without permission are prohibited.
• Neither our Ministry nor our staff can be held liable for the loss of money or valuables left in the rooms.
• Visitors may not be admitted to the building or facility without the knowledge and permission of the staff on duty, and visitors must not be taken outside the areas designated for them.
• Bringing firearms (even if licensed), cutting or piercing instruments, explosives, or narcotic substances into the building or facility is prohibited.
• The consumption of tobacco products in indoor areas and legally restricted outdoor areas of the building and facility, as well as the consumption of alcohol in any part of the building or facility, is prohibited.
• Within the building and facility, it is strongly requested that:
Guests and their accompanying parties take care not to disturb others and refrain from behavior contrary to public morality and decency,
Rooms and furnishings be used with care and handed over to the relevant staff in good, complete condition upon departure,
No gas or electric stoves be used, no cooking be done, and no odorous or perishable food items be kept in the rooms,
Guests vacating the facility upon the end of their stay clear their rooms by 13:00 at the latest.
