C VE D KONTENJAN ARTIRIMI / CATEGORY C AND D QUOTA INCREASE |
Turnuvamızda C ve D Kategorisinde 128'er olan kontenjan sayıları Turnuva Yönergesi 11. Maddesi gereği Turnuva Direktörü kararı ile 300'er kontenjan olarak olarak güncellenmiştir.
Kontenjan güncellemesi yapılmıştır.
C ve D Kategorisinde Yedek Kayıt Listesinde yer alan sporcu sayısı yeni kontenjan sayısını geçmediği için sistem açıldığında kendi kayıtlarını yapması gerekmektedir.

In our tournament, the quota for categories C and D, which was 128, has been updated to 300, based on the Tournament Director's decision, as per Article 11 of the Tournament Regulations.
The quota has been updated.
Because the number of athletes on the Reserve Registration List in categories C and D does not exceed the new quota, they must register themselves when the system opens.

KYK DORMITORIES ACCOMMODATION FEES AND BREAKFAST SERVICE
KYK Yurtlarında Konaklama tüm katılımcılar için ücretsizdir.
KYK Yurtlarında Konaklayacaklar için Sadece Tabildot Şeklinde Kahvaltı Hizmetinin Günlük Kişi Başı 110,00₺ (Yüz On Türk Lirası) ücretle yemek şirketi firması aracılığı ile verilmesi planlanmaktdır.
Kahvaltı Hizmetinden faydalanmak isteyen katılımcıların aşağıdaki formu 2 Ağustos 2025 tarihine kadar doldurması gerekmektedir.
For those staying at KYK dormitories, a daily breakfast service will be provided exclusively via a catering company for a fee of ₺110.00 (One Hundred and Ten Turkish Lira) per person. Participants wishing to take advantage of this service must complete the form below by August 2, 2025.

Kapadokya Uluslararası Açık Satranç Turnuvası 18-24 Ağustos'ta |
 Kapadokya'da ilk kez dünyadan ve ülkemizden önemli başarılara imza atmış satranç sporcuları uluslararası açık satranç turnuvasında hamle yapacak. Federasyonumuz ve Ürgüp Belediyesi iş birliğinde düzenlenecek Kapadokya Uluslararası Açık Satranç Turnuvası 18-24 Ağustos 2025 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilecektir. (For the first time in Cappadocia, chess players who have achieved significant success from around the world and our country will make moves in the international open chess tournament. The Cappadocia International Open Chess Tournament, organized in cooperation with our Federation and Ürgüp Municipality, will be held between 18-24 August 2025.)
Turnuvaya başvurular 16 Ağustos 2025 Cumartesi günü saat 21.00’de sona erecektir. Turnuvada toplamda 543 bin TL nakit ödül dağıtılacaktır. Ayrıca her kategoride en iyi dereceyi elde eden ilk 3 sporcuya Sıcak Hava Balon Turu ve her kategoride en iyi dereceyi elde eden sporculara kaya otel konseptinde 2 kişilik 2 gece konaklama ödülü verilecektir. (Applications for the tournament will end at 21:00 on Saturday, August 16, 2025. A total of 543 thousand TL in cash prizes will be distributed in the tournament. In addition, the first 3 athletes who achieve the best ranking in each category will be awarded a Hot Air Balloon Tour and the athletes who achieve the best ranking in each category will be awarded 2 nights of accommodation for 2 people in a rock hotel concept.)

Turnuvanın yapılacağı Ürgüp İlçesi'ndeki Otellerin iletişim numaraları ve Turnuvamız için belirlenen fiyat seçenekleri aşağıdaki gibidir.
REGARDING ACCOMMODATION OPPORTUNITIES;
There is accommodation in Student Dormitories. Payment will be made within the daily dormitory bed fee determined by GSB per person.
